About this Service

This service allows a diaspora applicant to apply for a National ID and an NPR number. A National ID is a document that officially identifies an adult as a citizen of Rwanda. An NPR application number is the number that identifies any Rwandan in the National Population Registry, and having one is required to apply for a National ID.
